Refund & Return Policy

1. Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
2. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included.
3. Items showing signs of wear, damage, washing, or perfume are not eligible for return.
4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
5. Shipping fees may be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect or an error by Rabit.
6. Manufacturing defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and are subject to our Manufacturing Defects Policy.
