Cancellation Policy

1. Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 1 hour of confirmation.
2. Once an order status changes to Processing, it can no longer be cancelled.
3. Customers may refuse delivery upon arrival; however, applicable shipping fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
